Dear Friends and Partners,
As we witness the deepening moral decay and the growing divide fracturing society, it is easy to look outward and point to government policies, political shifts, and others' failures. But if we are to see a true awakening and the healing of our land, we must first embrace a difficult but necessary truth: Ownership.
Ownership means we can no longer offload the blame for our failings onto another. We cannot expect a system, a politician, or an outsider to save us. To heal our nation, we must start with ourselves.
We must own our sins. Real transformation begins with personal repentance. We must take ownership of our own shortcomings and sins so that the Lord can cleanse us and restore us. As Scripture promises: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
Ownership means recognizing that we are not passive citizens waiting for a rescue; we are active ambassadors of the Kingdom of God. We are the ones called to transform this land (2 Corinthians 5:20).
Ownership means we cannot offload our responsibility for raising the next generation. We cannot leave their spiritual formation to chance or to secular institutions. Ownership requires us to be actively involved in their lives, mentoring them to walk faithfully with our God.
The Recap of Our Call:
Own Our Lives: Recognizing where we have fallen short and knowing only God can save us.
Own Our World: Refusing to blame others for the moral decay we see.
Own the Solution: Stepping into our identity as ambassadors of the Kingdom.
Own the Future: Taking responsibility to raise a generation that knows and loves the Lord.
At JAMA, we believe that when we stop offloading responsibility and start taking ownership, God moves. Your partnership is an investment in this mission—to equip leaders who own their faith and their responsibility to the next generation.
Thank you for standing with us as we seek to heal our land, one heart and one home at a time.
